120th U.S. Open Championship: Ticket FAQs

Due to ongoing health and safety concerns from the COVID-19 pandemic, the USGA in partnership with the state of New York, has announced that the 120th U.S. Open Championship scheduled to be played Sept. 14-20 at Winged Foot Golf Club (West Course), in Mamaroneck, N.Y., will now be held without spectators on site.

How can I get a refund?     
All tickets will be refunded automatically on the credit card that was used to purchase your tickets. If you paid by check or used a credit card that is no longer valid, you will be contacted directly.

My tickets were purchased through a secondary market. How can I receive a refund?
The USGA is not affiliated with any secondary market sites so please reach out to them regarding their refund policies.  

How long will it take for refunds to be processed? 
Please allow five to seven business days for the refund to show back up into your account.  

When will tickets for the 2021 U.S. Open go on sale? 
Tickets for the general public ticket sale will go on sale Monday, Sept. 14, 2020.

Can I roll my tickets to the 2021 U.S. Open at Torrey Pines? 
Unfortunately, all 2020 orders have been processed for refunds.  If you wish to purchase tickets for 2021, tickets will be released on usopen.com starting Monday, Sept. 14, 2020.
