Registration is now open for 2022 PGA/USGA Rules Workshops. There are four different workshops being offered for interested participants.
Here is a quick overview of what is being offered:
- Traditional PGA/USGA Workshops: Twelve traditional, in-person PGA/USGA Workshops over 3½ days will be conducted around the country from January to March. These workshops include access to Virtual Rules School (approximately 20 hours of recorded content), access to either the 80- or 100-question exam and access to Night School sessions.
- USGA Virtual Workshops: Five week-long virtual workshops will be conducted by USGA staff from January to March. These sessions include daily two-hour webinars Monday through Friday, access to Virtual Rules School (approximately 20 hours of recorded content), access to the 80- or 100-question exam and access to Night School sessions.
- USGA Introductory Workshops: These are offered once a month throughout the 2022 calendar year and are conducted virtually. The workshop includes approximately four hours of on-demand video recordings and two one-hour webinars with instructors on selected dates.
- Rules Exam Only: The exam can be taken online through an exam platform on selected dates, or in person on the morning of the fourth day of a PGA/USGA Workshop.
The cost of the traditional PGA/USGA Workshop is $500, while the USGA Virtual Workshop is $375. The Introductory Workshop is $25, and the exam only is $100 or $150 , depending on if the individual wants to take the 80-question or 100-question test.
