Olesen is set to make his fourth U.S. Open start after earning his way into the field via a four-event U.S. Open series on the DP World Tour (formerly European Tour). The Dane picked up his sixth win on that circuit in May at the Betfred British Masters, ending a four-year victory drought with a birdie-eagle finish. Olesen owns 13 worldwide victories. He owns two top-10 finishes in majors, including a tie for sixth in the 2013 Masters. Olesen represented Europe on the victorious 2018 Ryder Cup Team, and he has represented Denmark four times in the World Cup.
