Fox earned his fourth U.S. Open start by finishing among the top 10 in a four-event U.S. Open series on the DP World Tour (formerly European Tour). That included a four-hole playoff defeat to Victor Perez in the 2022 Dutch Open. The New Zealand-born Fox owns 13 worldwide victories, two of which have come on the DP World Tour. His last victory on that circuit came in earlier this year in the Ral Al Kaimah Classic. Fox is the son of former rugby player Grant Fox and the grandson of former cricketeer Merv Wallace.
